Resistance (Minor Favorable Trait)

This ability enhances the ability of the character to withstand pain, psychological pressure and manipulation, and various combined methods of torture and Interrogation. It generally represents specialized training in the resistance of such efforts.

It gives them a +4 to their Spirit or Fitness attribute in defense against such efforts against them. This also applies to defending against magical spells that force truthfulness or detect deceptions/lies that they may perform, or which try to cause unconsciousness by overloading the subject with extreme pain (such as some kinds of illusions might).
