This trait primarily is applied to specific animal species and some divas or beings that have a Magical Accident that has caused a similar condition. It is often found in species that have the trait Fluid Grace. The legs of the subject are shorter and not designed for high speed ground movement, so they get a -4 to their MOVE when on land.

 

This trait cannot be taken at the same time as Long Stride, Great Stride, or Paraplegic.
