Bartending - This could possibly be an Influence skill. I imagine that for people of equivalent skill, the character with high Influence will be more successful than the character with high Logic. But like other skills involving significant recipe memorization, I can see the argument for Logic.

Concealment - I've beat this dead horse in the comments about stealth, obsveration, and ambush. I think concealment should be a Creativity skill. Isn't hiding something all about being inventive and clever?

Distilling - I have no problem with this being a Logic skill. However, does there need to be separate skill for Brewing and Distilling? They may be distinct processes, but does there need to be that degreee of granularity in the game?

Firefighting - I might make this a Fitness skill. It seems to involve a lot of carrying heavy gear under uncomfortable and awkward circumstances, not to mention bashing through walls and wrestling with firehoses.

Gambling - Both knowing the rules and knowing the odds could very well be Logic based. But for all the games where a character could actually win based on something other than chance, (aka Poker and such) Influence seems more important.

Lip Reading - I'm really not sure with this one, but maybe Creativity might be more useful than Logic for the guessing and filling in the blanks that I assume must be part of lip reading.

Shadowing - I'm thinking either Creativity or Influence here: Creativty for adaptively using the environment to keep yourself out of your target's line of sight, or Influence for appearing to be innocuous. Logic seems a really odd fit.

Survival - After watching Survivorman on the TV, I lean towards Fitness, or possibly Creativity, for this skill. Conditioning and endurance seem to play a huge part, though I suppose the aspect of survival which is figuring out what to do and how to do it with limited tools might be more what the skill is trying to represent. Logic might be good for the preparation part of the skill - learning lists of edible plants and the like - but the application seems more creative.

Tracking - Another of those perception type skills, I would also put this with Creativity. It seems like noticing traces which don't belong would be easier for the visual artist rather than the scholar. But I can see Logic fitting here with this skill more easily than with some of the other similar types of skills, since tracking is almost purely reactive rather than inventive.

Trapping - I could also see tracking as a creative skill, as it's about being inventive and outwitting your opponent or prey. Maybe.

I've been thru the skill lists now and applied many of Dave's ideas into the choices and details. - Thanks again for the feedback.
