This trait requires the character to have College Degree. This traits gives the character an extra 20 skill ranks at start to invest, beyond that from the starting points, other traits and the education attribute.

 

They studied in two major fields in college and should have at least two skills in which they invest 10 skill ranks in. This does mean that they spent an extra 2 years in college as well.
