One of the three bodies of the Central Government of the Republic of New Lutetia. The seats of the Congress consist of 30 hereditary seats of the founding aristocracy, 10 seats held by appointed members of the religions with the greatest population and 30 seats held by representatives (one for each province of the country) elected by popular vote by the citizens. The elected seats generally change every 3 years, in a 10 seat rotation.
