Ravenguard
Capital City of the Belgravian Republic, located on Belgravia Isle. It sits on the mouth and banks of the Morrow River, a sprawling metropolis of two million people which has been the site of a settlement of some sort for nearly three thousand years. It is named after the highest tower of the monarch's palace, known as The Tower Of Ravenshead, where dozens of ravens flock year round upon the tower. It is popular myth that if the ravens were ever to abandon their roost that the Empire would fall to foreign invasion.
