Alcohol Hangovers (Minor Unfavorable Trait)

A character with this trait will get a hangover whenever they consume alcohol, their body just over-reacts to it, no matter what. While Hung Over they will be at a -2 Ranks to all Skills (-10%), and the hangover may last anywhere from a few hours to a full day.
